Root Down

Less than a mile from Coors Field, Root Down is a restaurant for all seasons. The restaurant’s guiding philosophy is the use of seasonal ingredients and dietary accommodation; the restaurant always has gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and raw options and will bend over backwards to ensure the comfort of guests with any allergies and intolerances.
